1964 was the year for swimwear innovations that some people and indeed many men hoped would become an everyday ladies attire seen on beaches and at swimming pools world wide. Well parts of Europe would see these changes but not here in America. This interview was done on the Sacramento River and in the Girls Room Beauty Salon in West Sacramento, California.
